These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Saturnalia Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer of Soully. Please read them carefully.
Soully is a mental wellness application designed to support emotional wellbeing through guided conversations, programs, and educational content. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Soully is a wellness application and is not a medical device, clinical service, or substitute for professional mental health care. The content provided — including conversations, programs, and articles — is for informational and general wellness purposes only.
Soully does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

Soully offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features. Subscription details, pricing, and billing periods are displayed in the App and in the App Store at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at soullymind.com/privacy-policy to understand our data practices.
The App and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, design, and software — are owned by Saturnalia Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saturnalia Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
